A medium sized dark blue and indigo bud with classic lavender aromas of mint, sage, and white pepper.
Culinary uses: savoury dishes, herb mixes (such as herbes de Provence), baking, and desserts. Also tea infusions, hot and cold.
Slightly more restrained floral aromatics with small pale pink bud with spicier, peppery, and rosewater notes balancing the mint and sage .

Parterre Premium Culinary Herbs is starting in 2021 with two varieties of culinary lavender. From the garden to your kitchen, a limited supply of “Jean Davis” and “Hidcote” varieties are available for purchase through our friends at Brave About Veggies.
